Steps for Putting Glaucoma Eyedrops<\/a><\/h1>\n

  1. Start by tilting your head backward. With your index finger, gently pull down the lower lid to form a pocket.<\/li>\n
  2. Gently press on your tear ducts with your index finger and thumb (to prevent drops from draining into your throat to cause adverse systemic effects, such as bad aftertaste and\/or decreased pulse rate.)*<\/li>\n
  3. Look up. Squeeze one drop into the pocket.<\/li>\n
  4. Close your eyes and keep pressing tear ducts for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
